Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. All orders undergo a quality check prior to shipping. Once your order has been submitted for processing it cannot be canceled for any reason. Please check your shipping address and cart total before completing your purchase as we are unable to issue price adjustments. 

Damages
If you have received an item that is damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and retain all damaged items as well as packaging. You may contact customer service within 24 hours of package receipt via email at hello@koordinatedkhaos.com if you need further direction on how to file a claim with your shipping carrier. 

If your item is received damaged as a result of Koordinated Khaos LLC, you must contact us via email at hello@koordinatedkhaos.com within 48 hours of package receipt. Please retain all damaged items and packaging. We will require them to be returned to us prior to issuing a replacement.
