How do I care for my jewelry?

To ensure the longevity of your new pieces please adhere to the following suggestions.

  • Store your jewelry in the original pouch or box to prevent scratches and oxidation.
  • Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals such as perfume, lotion, hairspray, cleaning products, saltwater and humidity.
  • Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and dirt.
  • Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising.

Pro Tip: Allow your perfumes and moisturizers to fully absorb or dry before applying your jewelry.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. All orders undergo a quality check prior to shipping. Once your order has been submitted for processing it cannot be canceled for any reason. Please check your shipping address and cart total before completing your purchase as we are unable to update shipping information or issue price adjustments. 

Damages
If you have received an item that is damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and retain all damaged items as well as packaging. You may contact customer service within 24 hours of package receipt via email at hello@koordinatedkhaos.com if you need further direction on how to file a claim with your shipping carrier. 

If your item is received damaged as a result of Koordinated Khaos LLC, you must contact us via email at hello@koordinatedkhaos.com within 48 hours of package receipt. Please retain all damaged items and packaging. We will require them to be returned to us prior to issuing a replacement. 

Do you offer discounts?

In addition to our very attractive price point, occassionally we will run promotional sales and last chance clearance events. Subscribe to our email list to be amongst the first in the know regarding new items, events and sales.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship worldwide. Koordinated Khaos LLC is not responsible for any customs, import, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed (customs, duties, tariffs, import, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping policies regarding damages, shipping times, lost/damaged packages apply to both domestic & international orders. 

Do you offer in person shopping?

At this time we are based online only, however we do attend markets and pop-ups where in person shopping is available. All in person shopping event details will be provided via our social media pages @koordinatedkhaos.
